This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the conduct expected of every person and organization that uses Lens (the "Service"). It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Prohibited content
Customer and its Users will not use the Service to submit, store, transmit, or generate content that:
- Infringes another party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatens another person.
- Depicts or facilitates the exploitation of minors.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination.
- Constitutes regulated personal data without a lawful basis for processing through the Service (including, where applicable, protected health information, payment card data outside the scope of NomoCoda's payment processor, or government-issued identifiers).
Prohibited activities
Customer and its Users will not:
- Attempt to access another customer's data or another user's data slice within the same workspace by any means.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related infrastructure without prior written authorization from NomoCoda, except for good-faith security research conducted in accordance with the vulnerability-reporting process at Security & Trust.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits the activity.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications or to facilitate spam.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
- Use the Service in a manner that interferes with the operation of the Service for other customers.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to a third party except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Service.
