Lens is an AI-native intelligence service that reads across the work systems you already use — email, calendar, files, CRM, support, chat — and turns the activity inside them into clear, personalized intelligence. Every morning, Lens delivers a short feed of what changed, what it means, and where your attention is most valuable. You can also ask Lens questions directly through chat.
Lens is built for people whose work depends on staying current across many systems. The current archetypes cover marketing leaders, sales operators, customer-success leads, founders and operators, finance leads, product managers, engineering leads, people leads, and a handful of other roles where breadth of signal matters more than depth in any single tool. Each archetype shapes which signals Lens prioritizes and how it frames them.
A workspace owner signs up at lens.nomocoda.com, invites teammates, and each user connects their own systems on first sign-in. Connections are individual — Lens reads each person's data through their own credentials and within their own access scope. The first useful feed typically arrives within an hour of the first connection.
Lens supports the systems most teams already work in: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive), Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Confluence, and Asana. Additional connectors are added based on customer demand. Each connection uses OAuth — Lens never sees or stores passwords.
No. Lens reads each user's data through that user's own OAuth credentials and within that user's existing access scope in each connected system. Two teammates in the same workspace can see different intelligence because they have different access in the underlying tools. Your Lens never sees data you don't have access to, never serves intelligence generated from another user's data, and never shares one user's intelligence with another — even another user in the same workspace.
No. Lens uses Anthropic's Claude family for intelligence generation and OpenAI Whisper for voice transcription. Neither provider trains on inputs to or outputs from their API under the commercial terms in effect today, and NomoCoda has not opted in to any training program or data-sharing arrangement. Customer data is never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any model. Full detail is in How Lens uses AI.
Lens applies nine independent layers of isolation, including tenant context at authentication, application-level query scoping, database row-level security, real-time scope reconciliation when access changes, permission-aware prompting, post-model citation verification, third-party provenance verification, and an immutable audit log of every verification failure and staff access event. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Full architecture detail is at Security & Trust.
Pricing is per user, per month, on a monthly or annual subscription. Current plans and pricing are available at lens.nomocoda.com. Enterprise pricing and annual commitments are available — contact [email protected] to discuss.
When a workspace cancels, the workspace owner can export workspace data for a reasonable period following cancellation. After that period, NomoCoda deletes customer data in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum. Individual users can disconnect a connected system at any time, which immediately removes the affected cached data from Lens.
