What makes Lens different from a dashboard or BI tool?

Dashboards show you charts. BI tools show you queries. Lens reads across your systems, watches your market, and tells you the story those signals add up to. It's intelligence, not just data.

Does Lens replace any of my existing tools?

No. Lens is a layer that connects to what you already use (Slack, CRM, docs, calendars, market data) and synthesizes across them. Your team keeps working in the tools they know.

Security and privacy

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. See Security & Trust for the full posture.

Do you use my data to train AI models?

No. We do not use your data to train foundation models for third parties. Lens uses Anthropic's Claude models, which Anthropic does not train on customer data sent through the API.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

Can I get a Data Processing Addendum (DPA)?
