Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement that imposes confidentiality obligations, security requirements, and use restrictions consistent with NomoCoda's commitments to customers.
NomoCoda may add or change sub-processors as the Service evolves. Customers entitled to advance notice under the Data Processing Addendum receive notice in accordance with that agreement. Other customers can subscribe to updates by contacting [email protected].
Where personal data is transferred internationally, NomoCoda relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent safeguards as applicable.
